When we first walked by, there was a man on a ladder working on the carousel. But when we walked by again a couple hours later, yes! And it was so cool… there was a group of people around the bottom of the carousel banging on drums. I’m not sure if the “energy” of the drums is what makes the carousel spin or not, but it sure looked and sounded fun.
