Oh, there were lots of them! They really stood out on the beach. But why were they there??

If you ever learn why the ladybugs were at the beach in such quantity, I hope you’ll let me knkow. Something had to attract them! Interesting, huh?

We have a ton in our new yard – I don’t think I’ve ever seen any on the beach before (probably because when we go to the beach, it’s always a windy day!) 🙂

Ladybird ladybird fly away home,

In the UK we call them ladybirds. I have started seeing this insect around today, including the butterflies.
