Looking for Signs of Spring: A Walk Around the Neighborhood

After school on Monday, we went for a walk around our neighborhood to look for signs of spring. As an extension of the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge (Phoneography Challenge: My Neighborhood), I gave my iPhone to my five-year-old son and asked him to take photos of what he could find.  The signs he saw were primarily floral… wildflowers and blossoming trees.  We did see our first lizards of the season, but they were too quick for my son to capture a photo of them.

    I’m looking at these photos and thinking, this is a glimpse of what it will be like three months from now! 😀 We’re still up to the neck in snow and not a blade of grass to show. Thank you for this warm delightful bursts of colour! Love it. Sharon

      We’re having some strange weather here. I kind of feel as if we skipped spring… the temps are forecasted to be in the 80’s this week! I’m still enjoying all the photos of snow that others are posting. 🙂
