   Is it ok to comment on a silent post?! I love those pix of stick whacking – how different childhoods in the US can be. i bet there are heaps of kids who never get to see anything but suburbanisation. Ditto in the UK. Nicola http://homemadekids.wordpress.com

      Of course it’s OK! Unfortunately, what you say is probably too true. 😦 Kids can have so much fun (and be so creative) simply playing with sticks.
