Colchester in UK is blessed with many swans. I keep my eye on two Mute swan families.

Swans aren’t native to our area (or even, I believe, to North America). I don’t see them often, so this was a treat.

I have to say… I don’t remember the last time I saw a swan. It must be years! I was so excited, I had to take some photos. 🙂

The pond is in the middle of a mobile home community, right by Natural Bridges State Beach. Very peaceful spot.
