I have one child too that colors my world with the most amazing things and inspiration. I have caught him in a similar moment so many times just like your son and every time it takes my breathe away. The joys and magic of childhood is amazing and we parents are lucky to be a part of it.

Well said! Sometimes I wonder if the only child has more opportunity to be still, quiet, and contemplative. Either way, yes, it takes my breath away, too, when I catch him in moments like this, completely engrossed in the beauty of nature. And thank you for sharing my post on twitter.
