    Wonderful finch photos–are those house finch or purple finch (I get the two confused all the time!)

      I may be wrong, but I believe these are house finches. These photos were taken at my parent’s house in Sacramento. A small flock of house finches started to visit us at our house just a couple weeks ago. They’re so cute!
